Shipper calls shipping line for assistance —> Shipping Line sends ATEB asking to communicate the Shipper and arrange for assisting him—> ATEB Calls shipper via phone —> if needed a service vehicle equipped with spares and tools is directed to the shipper’s packing house to give the required assistance to the customer —> Report sent to shipping line
